Will you dry or style my hair after?All treatments include a light comfort dry unless you choose to leave with your hair damp. We don’t offer full styling or blowouts at this time, but you’re welcome to bring a hat, scarf, or clip if preferred or use our professional stylers and products yourself.

Can I come with someone else?Yes – but only for our Eclipse Ritual, which is designed for two people. This shared experience is perfect for couples, friends, or loved ones who want to unwind together. All other treatments are solo rituals to allow for deeper individual care.

By Train: Warrington Central is around a 10-minute walk from us. By Bus: We’re a short walk from Warrington Bus Interchange, with plenty of local and regional routes. By Car: There’s free parking at Times Square Multi Storey, just a few minutes away, or on-street parking nearby. Hamilton Square, Wirral (From 1 September 2025) Address: Mooni Headspa 1 Cross Street, Hamilton Square, Wirral, CH41 5EP By Train: We’re right opposite Hamilton Square station – just a 2-minute walk. By Bus: Plenty of regular routes serve Birkenhead Bus Station, a short stroll from us. By Car: There’s on-street parking available around Hamilton Square, plus nearby council car parks. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to park.

Can I come with extensions, braids, or locs?We welcome all hair types and textures with care – but scalp access is essential to our treatments. For this reason, we’re unable to treat guests with braids, locs, or any type of extensions, as our tools and detox techniques require direct access to the full scalp. This ensures you receive the deep cleanse, massage, and relaxation each ritual is designed to deliver. If you’d like to visit after removing extensions or undoing braids, we’d love to welcome you then.

Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?No need to wash it beforehand — in fact, we prefer to see your scalp in its natural state. Please arrive with dry, detangled hair if possible. This helps us begin the treatment smoothly and avoids discomfort during massage or rinsing.

I have ADHD/anxiety or I’m neurodivergent – will I feel comfortable?Absolutely. Mooni is a sensory-safe space, designed to support calm and regulate the nervous system. We keep communication clear and gentle, the space quiet and unhurried, and the flow easy to follow. You’re welcome to take breaks, ask questions, or let us know what helps you feel grounded – no pressure, ever.

Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin or scalp?Yes. We only use gentle, high-quality products chosen for sensitive skin and reactive scalps. From pressure to product, every element can be adjusted based on your needs. If you have allergies, eczema, psoriasis or similar concerns, just let us know in your consultation form and we’ll tailor everything accordingly.

Can I come if I’m pregnant or recently had a baby?Our treatments aren’t suitable during pregnancy due to the length of time spent lying flat and the heat used during certain stages. If you’ve recently had a baby, you’re very welcome. We’ll adjust pressure, temperature, and positioning to support your body gently. Just let us know in your consultation form so we can take extra care.

Only those booked for a treatment may attend — we’re unable to accommodate additional visitors, including children or companions. ⸻ What to Bring There’s no need to bring anything — we provide: • Plush robes • Soft towels • Spa slippers or socks Just come as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest. ⸻ Hair & Skin Preparation To help us deliver the best possible treatment: • Hair must be fully detangled (no need to wash beforehand) • Please avoid heavy styling products or oils • No colouring or chemical treatments within 7 days of your booking • Avoid strong perfume, fragranced body products, or fresh fake tan • Please attend without makeup to maintain our facilities and give us full access to the scalp and hairline • We are unable to treat clients with extensions, braids, or locs, as they limit access to the scalp ⸻ Phones & Peace We invite you to fully switch off during your time with us. Booking & Cancellation Policy(Updated April 2025) Before You Book • Please double-check your treatment time, date, location, and therapist preference • We have a mixed-gender team — contact us in advance if you have a preference • Only the person(s) booked for a treatment may attend • If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, please get in touch before booking • Take a moment to review our [Mooni Headspa Etiquette] ⸻ Treatment Eligibility • All clients must be 18 years or older at the time of their treatment • Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy ⸻ Deposits • A £50 deposit is required for all solo treatments • A £100 deposit is required for duo treatments (e.g. Eclipse Ritual) • Your deposit is tied to your selected date and time — it cannot be moved or carried over • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable • If Mooni cancels your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded ⸻ Credits & Vouchers • All credits and gift vouchers must be used within the terms of our current booking policy • By booking with a credit or voucher, you agree to our latest terms, including cancellation and rescheduling policies • If a booking made using a credit or voucher is rescheduled, a new deposit may be required • Credits and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be redeemed once • Vouchers must be used before their expiry date ⸻ Arrival • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled — the full treatment fee still applies ⸻ Cancellations, Reschedules & No Shows • Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full treatment charge • Deposits are linked to your original booking date and time — they do not carry over if you change or miss your appointment • A new deposit is required for any rescheduled appointment • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless cancellation is made by Mooni Headspa ⸻ Final Note By paying a deposit or using a credit or voucher to book, you are confirming your agreement to the policy above.
