Booking & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask all guests to read this before booking. It helps us prepare your visit with care and avoid any confusion later on.
Eligibility & Access
Treatments at Mooni are for guests aged 18+ only.
Due to the nature of our treatments and extended time lying fully on your back, they are not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while taking lactation medication or antibiotics that interact with essential oils.
Guests must also be comfortable lying on their back for long periods and able to safely access our lower-ground treatment rooms via stairs (please note: there is no lift access). You will go downstairs for your appointment and upstairs to exit.

Deposits, Vouchers & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.
If using a gift voucher or credit, please bring your code with you on the day – our system only deducts the deposit at the time of booking.
Some promotional offers may require the full treatment payment in advance. For more details on vouchers and credits, please see our separate voucher & credit policy.
Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Please note: we do not monitor social media for booking changes.
- Deposits are tied to your original treatment date and time
- One free reschedule permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows are charged in full
- This includes cases of illness or emergency
- Refunds are not issued for vouchers or credit (these remain valid for future use)
Our treatments are carefully prepared in advance and average 2 hours, so rebooking short-notice cancellations or reschedules is difficult. In the rare event that Mooni needs to cancel, we will offer to reschedule as a priority or refund any payment made (excluding vouchers and credits).
Arrival & Guests
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
To maintain a peaceful and private space, we kindly ask that only the person(s) booked attend. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals, late stays, or additional guests.
Reminders & Directions
You’ll receive confirmation, appointment reminders, and ‘How to Find Us’ details via email and/or SMS.
