- Use the bathroom before we begin – you’ll be lying down for a while

- Come as you are – we’ll take care of the rest, from scent to scalp
Ahead of your visit, we’ll send over a digital consultation form to gently gather everything we need to know – from allergies and medications to gown size, sound preferences, and sensitivities – so we can personalise your experience from the moment you arrive.
Hair Tip: For best results, please arrive with hair that is dry, gently detangled, and not freshly washed – ideally 2 days since your last shampoo.

- Avoid heat styling or harsh products for at least 24 hours.
