Yes – just add a note when booking to let us know. Please don’t fill in their consultation form on their behalf. All confirmations and forms will be sent to the contact details you use at booking. Only one account is allowed per guest.

We currently offer duo rituals only. For private hire or future group experiences, please email us at

All rituals follow a fixed flow to maintain balance and results. However, you can personalise elements like massage pressure, water temperature, and finishing options via your consultation form.

We don’t offer payment plans, but you’re welcome to use Klarna or similar via your banking app.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The rest is due on the day. For full details, see our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Yes – cash is accepted for remainder balances, vouchers, and in-studio product purchases. All deposits must be paid in advance online by card. We do not accept walk-ins or unpaid bookings.

Ideally, don’t wash it for 48 hours before your appointment. Gently detangle your hair and avoid heavy products. If you’re having massage, we also recommend not shaving on the day.

Something comfy and easy to remove. We’ll provide a spa gown, nightgown, slippers, and towels – you’ll stay covered and cosy throughout your ritual.

Nothing at all – we’ve got everything covered. For safety, we can’t allow external products, even if allergy-friendly. If you have concerns, contact us before your appointment.

A Headspa is a Japanese-inspired ritual combining scalp cleansing, massage, steam, and water therapy. It promotes circulation, scalp health, and nervous system relaxation.

Scacial® is our clinical-grade scalp facial – ideal for concerns like hair loss, dandruff, or oil imbalance.

Full Mooni is a holistic scalp and body ritual with massage and sensory relaxation.

Eclipse is our duo version of Full Mooni – designed for two guests.

You’ll be lying down for most of this time, so please let us know if you have any concerns about comfort.

No – unless you request to leave damp. You’ll choose your finish on your consultation form:

• Comfort Dry – gently towel-dried & lightly blasted
• Diffuse Dry – low heat to enhance waves/curls
• Air Dry – towel-blotted & left to dry naturally

Yes – you can let us know all your preferences in the consultation form.

Yes – most hair types are suitable. Let us know if you have concerns and we’ll guide you.

Yes – all our products are gentle and colour-safe.

Unfortunately, no. We’re unable to treat guests with extensions, braids, weaves, or locs, as they limit access to the scalp and reduce tool effectiveness.

Yes – all genders are welcome.

Absolutely. Our space and equipment are size-inclusive, and your comfort is always prioritised.

No – due to the lying position and essential oils used, treatments aren’t suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you’re currently on antibiotics.

Yes – all guests must be 18 or older at the time of their treatment (not just time of booking).

We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note our space is on the lower ground floor with no lift access. You’ll need to be able to lie flat and enter without assistance.

Yes – we offer a private setting and will try to match your preferred therapist where possible.
Please check therapist availability at booking, or contact us if unsure.

No – for safety and to keep the space restful, only booked guests may attend

We’re in Wirral, close to public transport. You’ll get full directions in your confirmation email. You can also find opening hours and travel info on our Contact page.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment. See Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Yes – all rituals are by appointment only. We don’t accept walk-ins.

Soft lighting, calming music, gentle aromas, and private rooms – our studio is designed to feel restful, private, and nurturing from the moment you arrive.

We use Organethic® – an organic, cruelty-free, eco-conscious line suitable for sensitive skin. Most formulas are vegan. We’ll tailor products to your scalp and hair needs.

Yes – all are cruelty-free and most are vegan. If you have concerns about allergies or ingredients, reach out before booking.

No – for safety reasons we do not allow external products. If you have sensitivities, please view our ingredient list or get in touch.
