Voucher Policy

Mooni gift vouchers – both digital and physical – are valid until the expiry date shown at the time of purchase. Your treatment must be booked and completed before this date. We always recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, especially during promotional periods or busy times of year.

By purchasing or using a Mooni voucher, both the buyer and the recipient agree to these terms and conditions.

Vouchers can be used towards any full-price treatment or product, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. They cannot be combined with promotional offers, discounts, or flash sales unless this is clearly stated at the time.

Voucher codes must be entered at checkout or quoted at the time of booking. If you’re using a voucher towards your final balance, please bring your code with you on the day of your appointment.

Once a booking is confirmed using a voucher, our full Booking & Cancellation Policy applies. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in the voucher being marked as redeemed and are not eligible for rebooking or credit transfer.

Vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. They may not be resold under any circumstances.

Any remaining balance after partial use will remain valid until the original expiry date. We’re unable to extend expired vouchers.

As vouchers are treated like cash, we’re unable to replace lost or stolen codes – so please keep yours somewhere safe.
